My children are big fans of Bob the Tomato and Larry the Cucumber.
Even though Joy only started watching Veggietales at the 'ripe old age' of 2 years (Joseph started much earlier), she has picked up the song at a much earlier age than Joseph.
Though she's not able to properly catch all the words, her mumble jumble is still music to my ears.
**The lyrics are here :
If you like to talk to tomatoes
If a squash can make you smile
If you like to waltz with potatoes
Up and down the produce aisle
Have we got a show for you.
Veggietales (8x)
Broccoli, celery, gotta be, veggietales
Lima beans, collard greens, peachy keens, veggietales
There's never never ever ever been a show like veggietales (2x)
It's time for veggietalesssssssssss!
I exceptionally LOVE two lines here by Joy and that is:
ReplyDeleteIf you like to to wo-to-tatoes
AND
It's time for veggieta-e-eh-eh-eh-eh-s!
That is music to everyone's ear Prisc!
