grafitti on my table

I came home from work yesterday to find this on my dining table.

So I ask the only potential suspected culprit, "Joseph...why is my table green?"

Joe says, "Mama see....I draw rainbow!"

Mama : ?????? Am I supposed to smack him because I've told him so many times can only colour on paper....or am I supposed to praise his artistic ability....???
